Authors, Large and Small is a literary publicity agency operating online with everyone telecommuting from home, to foster work-life balance and preserve our planet’s resources.

Our team has decades of combined experience managing efforts to spread the word about books and films of all genres and styles, including indie and self-published projects. We’re skilled with creating and distributing press releases, communicating through the various forms of social media, landing media interviews for our clients, obtaining intelligent and well-placed blog reviews, and setting up bookstore signings and speaking tours for authors.

I personally have a background in nonprofit communications, international literature, publishing, museum and planetarium work, and science and tech journalism. And the rest of our team is skilled with Web copy writing, fundraising, public speaking, and academic and other professional writing.

I’ve served the creative community as a publicist and copywriter for several years, and have references and samples of my work, which I am happy to provide upon request.

And I’ve launched this business to supplement my own income and also provide employment for people I know who are skilled and dedicated, and also ill or disabled or single parents or otherwise in need of extra cash and work experience.

This is not a charity, it’s a profitable business harnessing people’s time and talents to produce a practical product, with very reasonable pricing, and a sustainable and socially conscious ethic.

We also operate as a social enterprise, conserving environmental resources while providing needed income and work experience for those who might have trouble finding that elsewhere for logistical reasons.
